Well, I solved it for myself. I got this error because my DBO wasn`t fully updated, so I ran my DBOlauncher.exe as administrator(to do that press right button and "Run as administrator"). Then it fully updated and everything worked fine.

Beh, l'ho risolto i miei occhi. Ho ottenuto questo errore perché il mio DBO non era completamente aggiornato, così ho fatto partire DBOlauncher.exe come amministratore (per farlo tasto destro e premete" Esegui come amministratore "). Poi completamente aggiornato e tutto ha funzionato bene.
